McKinnonWelcome to INTERNATIONAL CHILD FOUNDATION

We are happy to announce that Yes, we are Hague Accredited!

International Child Foundation is a licensed non-profit 501(c)(3) adoption agency providing adoption services to families across the US. In Arizona we also provide home studies and post placement reports for families adopting from either the US or overseas.

Click on ICF News above and we will include you in our weekly Adoption Update email. One of our goals is to keep our families and friends aware of the important events in adoption. We include news from various countries, information about adoption education and photos of our happy families.

Bilize adoptionInternational Child Foundation provides transparent and conscientious adoption services. The ICF adoption program guides here on the website contain information about children and adoption requirements, adoption fees and estimated expenses. If you have questions or need more information, please let us know by phone or email -- we are always happy to answer questions. We are more than an adoption agency; we are a resource for any family considering adoption.

ICF Home Study Services are provided by social workers across the state, many of whom have personal experience with adoption. We understand the risks and are committed to helping our families make informed decisions. We have an excellent reputation for integrity and compassion.

When you need our services, we are able to respond quickly, with expertise and compassion. All home studies are expedited; there are no additional fees for us to provide you with exceptionally prompt and efficient services.

We encourate you to talk with ICF families. Some have written adoption stories for the program guides, or contact us for their email & phone numbers. They will tell you about both the joys and the challenges of adoption.

The international programs include Guatemala, Haiti, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, the Philippines, Thailand and China. Honest honest advice, adoption education and support, and the assistance of dedicated, experienced staff here and overseas is what families expect and deserve. Before, during and after your adoption, International Child Foundation is by your side.

International Child Foundation is accredited by the Council on Accreditation for the Hague. Our accreditation extends through October of 2012. We will be helping families for many years to come.

ICF's pre-adoption requirements are consistent with the Hague Convention; most notably, families participate in a minimum of 10 hours of pre-adoption education. There are many excellent adoption education resources and we will help you connect with them. We recommend these great books for adoptive families...

The value of reading these books is that they will make you a better parent. Your child may have minimal adjustment difficulties, but no one can guarantee that. The information in adoption books will enable to decode your child's behavior to see if he or she is having a problem or if it is "normal" development.

KimberlyParents need tools and skills that will help adopted children blossom. ICF will help you develop your knowledge and resources. We also recommend spending time at AdoptionLearningPartners.com. The ICF agency code is F2621CF and, if you use it, they will email us your certificate of training.

The staff at International Child Foundation is proud to be part of your adoption experience. We look forward to remaining a resource long after your adoption is complete. Forever families deserve forever agencies.

We believe our destiny as humans rests on our ability to love each other as brothers and sisters. International adoption creates families from many parts of the globe, mixing heritage and culture, bringing the world together. International adoption expands our identities and widens our horizons.

There are children who need you more than you can ever imagine. Call us today.
