International Child Foundation Adoption Fees & Expenses

We make adoption as affordable as possible for our families. Our application fee is $300. The Home Study fee is $1000 for domestic or non-Hague Convention adoptions and $1200 for Hague Convention adoptions. The Post Placement Report fee is $300 for one child and $350 for two children.

International adoption fees vary, country to country. The agency administration fee is $2,800. Case management fees vary, country to country. We provide complete, detailed fee information, which can be found as part of the program information for each country. In addition, we arrange that fees are paid over the course of an adoption, not just at the beginning.

Family Counseling

We are pleased to provide services to families who need guidance and support. If you suspect your child is experiencing developmental issues, please call us. There is no charge for a phone consultation. If it is appropriate for us to set up a visit, we will. If it is more appropriate that we refer you to a medical doctor, sensory integration therapist, attachment therapist or neuro-psychologist, we will.

Domestic Adoption Fee Information

We principally provide home study and post-placement reports for families who plan domestic adoptions. We can also provide complete domestic adoption services, upon request. Families may utilize all or part of our adoption services, and we are happy to work in conjunction with other placement agencies providing assistance to families.
