About International Child Foundation & ABC Adoption Services Founders, Board & Staff International Child Foundation was incorporated in 2004. Since that time, ICF has completed international adoptions from Guatemala, Haiti, China, Vietnam, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. In 2009, ICF opened it doors to domestic adoption. Focusing primarily on serving the needs of birth mothers in Arizona, ABC Adoption Services provides information and guidance to both birth mothers considering placement and adoptive families from all states. The Founders and Board Members of International Child Foundation include professionals from the areas of adoption, education, medicine and international studies. Many of our staff are adoptive parents as well as adoption professionals.

International Child Foundation Home Study Staff We have a diverse team of talented, compassionate and professional home study caseworkers, many of whom are also adoptive parents. These are some of our key staff: Peggy Bartel, MA, Jennifer Rosenfeld, MSW, and Mariann Rubin, MSW, assist families throughout greater Phoenix. Tracy Anderson helps families in the Prescott and Kingman areas, and as far as Lake Havasu City, and is our expert in domestic adoption, as well. Lori Chang, MSW, and Jennifer Bouton, BA, provide home studies for Tucson and southern Arizona families. ICF social workers are skilled at home studies and post placement reports for all countries of adoption and several have personal experience as adoptive parents. All ICF home study social workers provide education and support to families throughout the home study certification process. We care about your home study and adoption experience. Families recommend ICF highly. Please contact us for more information or an appointment.
ICF's most devoted volunteer is Betty Walker, who makes quilts for ICF adoptive families when they bring home their children! If you would like to inquire about having Betty design and make you a quilt, email us at info@childfound.org
